Our standard MOQ is 1,000 units per design per SKU. This MOQ applies to product customization, custom packaging, and private labeling. For clients with high growth potential or large initial commitments, we can discuss flexible arrangements.

Yes, we understand the need for market testing. We offer a "Starter Pack" or trial order option with a reduced MOQ (e.g., 300-500 units) for first-time collaborations. Please contact our sales team to discuss feasibility based on your target product.

You can customize virtually every aspect:

9. Can you create a completely new product design from my sketch or idea?
Absolutely. This is our full ODM service. You provide the concept, sketches, or reference images, and our engineering team will handle 3D modeling, structural design, mold development, and prototyping to bring your unique idea to life.
10. How do you ensure the quality of e-liquids?
Our e-liquids are mixed in a cleanroom environment using high-grade pharmaceutical ingredients (USP/EP grade Nicotine, PG, VG, and food-grade flavors). Each batch undergoes strict testing for purity, consistency, and nicotine concentration accuracy before filling.
11. Do your products comply with TPD (EU) regulations?
Yes. For the European market, our products can be configured to comply with TPD regulations: 2ml tank capacity maximum and 20mg/ml nicotine strength maximum. We also provide the necessary technical documentation to support your notification submissions.
12.What about compliance for the US market (PMTA)?

13. How do you prevent leakage? What technology do you use?
Leakage prevention is a top priority. We utilize multiple sealing technologies, including silicone plugs, ultrasonic welding (for pods), and high-precision cotton placement. Every product undergoes an air leakage test during the quality control process.
14. What is the typical sampling and production lead time?
Sampling Time: 5-10 working days for existing designs with logo changes; 15-20 working days for new mold development.
Bulk Production Time: 20-35 working days after sample approval and deposit confirmation, depending on order quantity.
15. How is the sample fee handled?
A sample fee is required to initiate the sampling process. This fee is fully refundable or deductible from the first bulk order. For repeated standard samples, we may offer free samples with the customer covering the shipping cost.
16.How do you protect my design exclusivity and intellectual property?
We take IP protection very seriously. We are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any detailed discussions. Your designs, molds, and formulas are kept strictly confidential and are never shared with or re-sold to other parties. Mold ownership can be contractually assigned to you.
17.Do you offer white-label or private-label services?
Yes, absolutely. White-label / Private-label is our core business. We manufacture the product, and you sell it under your own brand name. We place your logo on the device, your design on the box, and your brand name in the software (if applicable).
18.Can you help design the packaging and marketing materials?
Yes, we have an in-house graphic design team that can assist with creating your packaging artwork, box structure, and even basic marketing renders for your website or catalog. If you have a design, we can print it; if you need a design, we can create it.
